“Find a place inside
where there’s joy,
and the joy
will burn out the pain.”
This is a very practical quote,
whether the pain is mental or emotional.
We, as humans,
have the inherent capability
to transcend suffering,
and finding “joy”
is just one way of doing this.
Pain is unavoidable
but how we deal with pain
is a choice.
Finding
‘a place where joy is’,
especially in the mind and within our memories,
is a good way
of controlling this type of pain.
Saying positive affirmations
to ourselves
every single day,
even writing them down,
is a good way of filling our minds
with the joyful thinking
needed to ‘deal’ with the pain.
“JOY”
is a powerful and active force
to help us in everyday life.
