Anxiety

Waiting waiting waiting...

All around me suddenly seems still,

There's nothing left to feel,

It's like time has frozen,

There's no such thing as today, as if my clock has been broken

As I stare into the clouds,

I proceed to frown.

It's as if the wind has bowed down.

Everything right now just seems upside down.

My thoughts begin to surround,

Surround my mind like a million tiny dimes.

As if my thoughts know no time,

And nothing seems fine.

I almost give in to those negative thoughts of mine,

Until I remind myself

I must be kind,

Kind to thy mind.

I breathe in breathe out bringing oneself back.

Everything feels calm again,

I feel there is a chance I can win,

Win life as I know it again, but once that feeling runs out,

I begin to doubt,

Because here.. we.. go... again..

Waiting waiting waiting...

Healing

Drowning in so much sorrow,

Praying in hopes that everything will be back to normal tomorrow,

I know there's nothing, but sadness that follows,

Follows me until I turn hallow.

Being hallow is one hard pill to swallow.

Through the darkness,

And where the water is nothing but shallow,

I find myself there,

with so much despair.

Right now nothing seems fair,

It's as if something's in the air.

So I stare through the darkness,

In hopes to find the light,

To bring me to new heights.

There's a light is so bright,

It makes feel I can fight,

And reunite with what feels right.

Anger

A disturbing urge,

That puts you on the verge.

Inside ignites a passion,

For you to take action.

An emotional turmoil,

That brings your blood to a boil,

Piercing every piece inside,

Until calmness is denied.

Triggering your trauma,

You can't help, but to start drama.

A notion of poison,

That goes deep as an ocean.

Only leaving a fraction,

Of your God given attraction.

Fear

A constant reminder,

That things couldn't be finer.

Poking your mind,

You feel so undermined.

No need to for look for a sign,

You will never shine.

Withholding your true soul,

While your brain takes a toll.

Feels like all of your dreams should be put on hold.

You feel there's no control,

All there's left is to just go with the flow,

Until fear exits the show.

Now back at point A again,

Where do you even begin?

Choices

Biting your nails,

Thinking rather to go with heads or tails.

An intense spiral,

that makes your thoughts go viral.

Should I choose freedom and desire,

Or maybe something much more brighter.

I'm no fighter,

Just an outsider.

Picking apart the possibilities,

of every responsibility.

Which way should I go,

Go with the flow or be the overflow.

Either way I go,

There's always more room to grow,

But I must choose now,

Before things pill up like snow.

Heartbreak

A pain so deep,

It brings you to your knees.

It's almost impossible to feel at ease,

As if someone locked your heart,

And threw away the keys.

You feel so torn apart,

Like your just a piece of art.

A piece of art,

Where the artist can just restart.

Feeling so broken,

there's no more words to be spoken,

All of those memories now mean nothing.

So much for loving,

Now your left judging,

How come I didn't see this coming.

Sadness

Darkness that's bright,

It takes over your light.

A decrease of hope,

Can't even be seen through a microscope.

Preoccupied with a shadow,

As loud as a soprano,

A darkness so stoke,

It feels as though you can choke.

There's no place to call home,

Everything is just so unknown.

Exhilarating from your mind, body, and soul,

A feeling you just can't control,

As if you're being paroled.

Sadness really knows how to take a toll.

Happiness

Bright as a golden day,

A place where peace deserves to stay.

Finally able to get away,

From the fertility of toxicities,

Moving forward to the activity of simplicity.

Feeling whole again with oneself,

Reaching the true meaning of wealth.

Dwelled from a different realm,

Where's there's no need to call for help.

You can finally accept your true self that's been compelled.

Now there is a standard to be upheld,

That this feeling comes from within,

Now that is where it all begins.

All I'm saying is that on this journey of finding your soul, in which there's no true control, take hold and be bold.
