This jellybean jar is full

Guess how many there are

Hundreds? Thousands?

Pours out and disbands

*

Betcha didn’t see that coming

Now it’s considered something

So why build up

Just to tear down

*

When so severely damaged

It’s a miracle to have managed

Often it must face demolition

With the rebuild put on exhibition

*

It was never meant to be

A jar full of jellybeans

This grand jar was meant to encompass

Something magical and wondrous

*

Today it simply holds a mirror

It helps to see things a little clearer

Revealing who you have become

Was the greatest magic ever done
