It's Okay to Say "No"

True Freedom Includes Limits

Self-indulgence.

Take the plunge.

Anything goes,

living life soaking

everything up like

a sponge.

Beware though.

Not everything is

good. And, some

things in extreme

will result in a

scare.

Your mind and

body are worthy

of the best. To be

sure, imposed

limits will always

stand the test.

Knowing what

and how much

to fill your mind

is wisdom of a

special kind.

And…

Accepting your

own human

frailty means

knowing your

limited ability.

Imposed limits

reflect respect

for all living

creatures, man,

beast, or insect.

Running amuck

will not give you

true freedom.

Even if you look

or act like a duck.
