“Your mind is a powerful thing.
The more you fill it with Positive thoughts,
the more your life will change”
Our brain
has been likened to a muscle,
and like every muscle in our body,
the more we use it —
the Stronger our brains will become.
A footballer
trains for several hours every day,
and the muscles in his or her legs
become extremely Strong and Stable,
to see him or her
through the football match.
What
we ‘put’ into our minds
is no different.
We can
Meditate on Positive thoughts,
writing them down
and repeating them,
almost like rote,
so that
our Minds become Strong
towards Life Itself.
Or —
we can dwell
on negative things
and ‘allow’ our minds
to become weak,
losing our grip on life.
Which do YOU want?
It is vital
that we make time,
every single day,
to look after our Minds,
to “Care”
for our Mental Health.

"A footballer trains for several hours every day," I love that couple of lines because I play football too.
This was so optional and empowering! Loved your poem!
