It Creeps

Darkness

A Darkness creeps

Thick and black, it creeps closer,

covering me like a blanket,

and I am trapped inside now,

again I find myself here,

after taking so long to free myself last time

how did it find me again.

The edges stick to the floor around me.

I want to come out, I do.

It's black,

The fog under the cover

makes it hard to breathe

makes my memory hazy, what am I doing here

I can't find my way back.

I can't lift up the edges,

no light can find me now

I am stuck.
