Is it a Lollipop world?

Or a reality of a dystopian world?

As Maga occupies the White House

Will shed many tears, I fear.

So many individuals feel the weight,

Their voices tremble as they contemplate.

The authoritarian grip tightens its hold,

Choking democracy, leaving it cold.

We cry tears of despair because we care.

They sit in power, a glitch in time,

A rise of bigotry, hateful in its climb.

Banning books, controlling minds,

Forcing doctrine where freedom unwinds.

The occupying force, Project 2025,

Dragging oppression as it thrives.

Ugly hands clutch laws once free,

Crushing those who dare to be.

Clawed hands seize rights once bright,

Crushing voices that defy the night.

Project 2025 of shadows stretch wide,

A slow choke as justice is denied

But this will not stand, not forever,

We, the people, are bound together.

Voices will rise, truth will burn,

And justice and justice will return.

The Right-Wing Evangelicals Prepare

To control the people without consent,

Banning books, silencing dissent.

Forcing their doctrine through laws unjust,

Replacing freedom with rigid distrust.

They strip the shelves, silence the page,

Freedom withers in a scripted cage."

Project 2025 looms ahead,

A vision built on fear and dread.

Bigots, patriarchs.

It’s power they claim,

While scorning those they choose to blame.

Women, LGBTQ, elderly, disabled, people of color,

Dismissed, oppressed, forced to suffer.

A house occupied by hate and control,

Where compassion is lost, and darkness unfolds.

A throne of spite, a fortress of steel,

Where mercy crumbles and wounds don’t heal."

Yet we, the people, stand unbowed,

Refusing to fade, refusing the shroud.

The voices of thousands of people will rise and defy,

Breaking the chains, reclaiming the sky.
