they treated him in the hospital for Immunoblulin (IVIG), and he seemed
better, and they released him shortly after the endotracheal tube was taken out.

AIDP, IS THE MOST COMMON FORM OF GUILLAIN-BARRE SYNDROME
spelled out Acute, Inflammatory, Demyelinating, Polyneuropathy of just commonly known as AIDP.
it is representing an autoimmune system disorder where the body attacks the Mylein sheath the covering of the peripheral nerves, much like Muscular Dystrophy.

she gave him medication for Myasthenia Gravis, a common treatment for this condition.
but he has delayed treatment not by me. but by the Medical System.
you see when they pulled the endotracheal tube, the two neurologists on staff left for other positions out of state, and that left my husband no one to prescribe the immunoglobulin (IVIG), for him.

so they discharged him home to me
when the medication left his system, he got worse and worse
he even began to fall, he has fallen four times since he came home

I hoped and prayed for a miracle, or at least a diagnosis
but what I got was a referral to a neuromuscular specialist

So the waiting begins once again. Nineteen days till we venture up to Newark Delaware. My sister is going to accompany me and my husband up there, and I began to learn how expensive it is to medically transport your loved one, but it is well worth it, it to get a definite diagnosis, and to know what we are dealing with. My son would have accompanied me up there, but he was murdered in 2015.

They both are dreadful muscle diseases but I am hoping for the best, possible outcome.
