Here you are again

Using my head as a playpen

You don't like sharing

But you do love tearing

My thoughts to shreds

Like whistling arrowheads

Your thoughts penetrate mine

Compulsions follow in line

As I fight for my mind

you leave me feeling confined

With disgust and self hate

I didn't ask for this fate

I didn't ask for this beast

But I fear I may need a priest

To cleanse my soul

From this mental toll

Of repetition and control

For my mind to be whole

And to avoid the depths of Sheol

I battle with the barrage

Of this psychotic mirage

That manifests my fears

And my biggest scrutineers

So that I can be free

To be the best version of me.
