So here I am

out here again

tonight

the moon and stars

are playing

hide and seek

behind the cloud remnants

from the earlier deluge

that fell as if the floodgates

opened wide

the one star that's visible

is sparkling like a diamond

while the pond frogs

sing me the song of

their people

their voices amplified

in the damp night air

the crickets are lending a

nice touch to their

chorus

this is where i ponder

life and perhaps

love

i take a sip of my

hot coffee and i

can see my breath

wafting on the night air

and it's here that i can feel

the intertwining of

His Ecology

and my self.
