International Day for the Eradication of Poverty  - October 17

Feed the hungry

Ease all the pain

So much to gain

Feed the hungry

Provide school lunch

I’ve a good hunch

That Mom didn’t eat

Of this, she won’t speak

You have money to shop

Green beans and turkey

Tofu and chicken

They are very worthy

End the hunger

Stop the plunder

Share the wealth

For the world’s health

Give what you would want

End the poverty

Help the poor

Do your best to open the door

All deserve comfort

large or small

Feed the hungry

Ease the pain

Help the poor

Comfort the lame

End the poverty

Share the wealth

Broaden your perspective

Uplift all to health

Feed the hungry

put an end to poverty

and

Share, share, share
