Understanding the Power of Poems about Optimism : Hopeful poem
Optimism is a light that shines, A beacon through life's darkest times, A ray of hope that keeps us strong, A melody that lifts our song. It's the voice that whispers in our ear, Telling us to persevere, That every storm will pass us by, And brighter days are drawing nigh. It's the spark that ignites our fire, And fills our hearts with deep desire, To chase our dreams and reach the stars, And break through every chain and bar. Optimism is a ray of sun, That warms us when our day is done, And when the night is cold and long, It's the warmth that keeps us strong. It's the courage to take a chance, And rise up when we stumble and dance, To embrace the unknown with open arms, And trust that we will come to no harm. Optimism is the gift of grace, That shines a light upon our face, And reminds us of the beauty we hold, The stories of our lives waiting to be told. So let us cling to this precious gift, And hold it close through every shift, For with optimism as our guide, We'll find the strength to reach new heights.
An inalienable fact about Autistics is that we tend to struggle at life more than the average neurotypical. This is particularly true of female Autistics, who face greater barriers to get diagnosed, and find it harder to ger support when they are. It doesn't particularly help that common co-morbids of Autism are the Trauma Twins: Anxiety and Depression. As such, on the occasion that Autistic people find themselves succeeding, we promptly find ourselves taking up arms against Imposter Syndrome.
