Seated city balcony side in lotus position

Inhaled peace, exhaled noise

Levitates my spirit above hustle and bustle lifestyles

Elevating my conscience to heights known by birds and angels

Nodding to honking, drilling, barking, yelling, grinding, and loud music

Centers chakras, collapsing chaos, confusion; conjecture

Escaping to quietude, Om is my frequency
