Inevitable Regret

And Survival

What will you regret as your days fly by

We all hate admitting that we make mistakes

Cause sometimes sorry is harder than goodbye

~~

Why do we walk away, so unwilling to try

Forgetting the heart is at stake

What will you regret as your days fly by

~~

Sitting in the dark avoiding the blue skies

Waiting for the right time and right place

Cause sometimes sorry is harder than goodbye

~~

Trying our best to keep unraveling strings tied

While keeping a smile on our face

What will you regret as your days fly by

~~

Repeating without fail, things we've already tried

Never finding our way to success

Cause sometimes sorry is harder than goodbye

~~

Pushing down emotion, to protect the pride

There are so many things that we suppress

What will you regret as your days fly by

Cause sometimes sorry is harder than goodbye
