In the Devil's Shadow

The Devil's Son

In the depths of a tortured soul,

A young man's heart, a story to unfold.

A life of fear, a life of awe,

A son, a shadow, a life he'll draw.

The father, a legend, a man of might.

A cartel leader, a figure of fright.

Nicknamed the Devil, Satan, a name so grim.

A life of respect, a life that's dim.

The son, he watched, a heart in chains.

A life of fear, a life that wanes.

But deep inside, a longing grew.

A life of respect, a life he'd pursue.

The room, it filled with whispers.

A life of power, a life of grips.

But in the shadow of the Devil, a son's heart breaks.

A life of fear, a life that shakes.

A sad, dark poem, a tale of woe,

A life of shadows, a life that's low.

A son, a shadow, a life in pain,

A heartbroken young man, a life in vain.

The father, a legend, a man so grand,

A son, a shadow, a life he'll band.

But in the shadow of the Devil, a heart's aflame,

A life of fear, a life that's lame.

A sad, dark poem, a tale of woe.

A son, a shadow, a life that's slow.

A life of respect, a life of fear.

A heartbroken young man, a life so clear.

A son, a shadow, a life in pain.

A heartbroken young man, a life that wanes.

In the shadow of the Devil, a life so grim.

A son, a shadow, a life that's dim.
