In here,
a phoenix flies
barrel rolls
and
nose dives
.
In here,
squirrels chase
one another
through trees
.
It is sunkissed ventures,
coral baked
flamingoes.
.
It is lush with tulips
held together with
jellyfish dreams.
.
Until
.
In here,
it is trapped doors
and tripwire
.
narrowing halls
and pools
without bottoms.
.
Tear gassed
illusions of fights
never had.
.
Won't
have.
.
It gets
upside down,
inside out
in here.
.
Dark
and
damp
.
In here,
I am
swallowed up
.
hole
.
spat out
whiplashed
to ash.
.
Like the cat
with 9
times to
.
Rise
.
again.
.
reborn
with a
spank
.
Into a big
bang,
in here.
.
In here,
I am
becoming.
