In Bloom
I'm just starting to develop...
Buddha, says:
The foot feels the foot when it feels, the ground.
Ergo, now that I've found my footing
(and the seeds, in my feet, have found soil)
I am just starting to take roots,
stems, leaves and
discard my thorns.
My toes, bones, the balls and arch of my feet,
have found my ground.
Neverminded by my black, rosy pedals;
or my kinky, hair.
Do you see the soil,
in which I've planted my seeds?
Rich, nurtured. Moist.
No longer drought-stricken, cracked, sandy
dirt, littered with gravel, stones, pebbles,
and tears.
It's fertile.
Despite, the barren organs;
the earth is good!
And things can grow.
If it is watered.
Nurtured and
cared for.
Loved.
And things, are planted there.
