Contemplations of an Intrinsically Activated Spiritualist

By Kyle KimPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

How bold of you, dreamer

To hold such precarious vision in question;

Hope for your fellow lightworkers is finally on the horizon

Born from complete darkness,

Arisen into sentience

What are we to do, but ponder this existence

Standing at the gates of perception,

Weapons held high -

Tools of artistic expression to awaken the divine

A quest lies ahead,

And curiosity evokes the spark

In search of how we are to navigate the dark

Shedding mindful, but elusive awareness

Upon this very moment,

The future begins to unravel

In the form of the ever-changing present

It is certainly all we have, though uncertainty is what we tread

Our will, a palette of interpretation

To understand that which lies ahead

Meditations, to empty the mind

As if a blank canvas

Try to decipher these colourful thoughts before they start to vanish

For without chaotic contrast

Of light reflections galore,

Mother Nature's sleight of perfection could not

Illuminate emotional discord

Numbers; patterns; systems in the sky

Establishing voice embedded within

The physical realm’s heartbeat at work

Amidst the fabrication

So to follow that voice, dreamer

Is the communion of Universe and Self

Remain in such states of awe and wonder

To preserve the fruits of thy wealth

Our human conditioning to blindness and fear of the existential

Is but a mirror to what each moment holds;

A field of limitless potential

Ubiquitous darkness, once nested for comfort

Bears walls most are reluctant to shatter

As we spiritual warriors will use this void

Upon which to thrust clairvoyant paint splatter!

Endangered are we, to the catacombs

Of bitter and utter loneliness

Though encouraging are we,

The animators of such presence

Exploiting the imagery

That mystic light had reflected upon us

surreal poetry
