Iftar Ramadan Unity

A Time for Reflection and Gratitude

The Iftar of Ramadan, a blessed affair,

Children, parents, and staff of Darul Hadis,

On a day so meaningful, hearts filled with prayer,

A moment etched in memories, beyond compare.

The staff labored hard, with sweat and toil,

Preparing the meal for breaking the fast,

We shared the meal with a meowing cat,

And thus, ended the fast as it was cast.

Breaking fast, a joyous occasion of delight,

As one family, relishing each savory bite,

Nurturing bonds, with love that takes flight,

A beautiful moment, bathed in celestial light.

The devotion of parents, in Salah they stand,

As if in a battlefield, on a faraway land,

Fighting against Allah's enemies,

Who ravage Palestine and Syria,

Striving against injustice, hand in hand,

With hope and faith, a united band.

Amidst life's affliction, a moment of grace,

This Ramadan Iftar, a time to embrace,

With heartfelt appreciation, grateful for the hosts,

In unity and love, a cherished memory that lasts.
