If Only Tears Could Put Out the Fire

It doesn't care

Whether its a shack

Or a six million dollar

Mansion in the Palisades,

It destroys everything in

It's path

Leaving grief

In the ashes!

It doesn't care

Whether you are

An A-list actor

Or someone struggling

To get by

It creates a path

Of pain

And questions why.

Fire its a force

Not to be

Messed with

A monster

When out of

Control

Wiping out

Buildings

And sadly lives too.

Fire,

Blackening the sky

Turning day to night

And night to

A fiery red sky.

~~~
It’s destroying
Everything in its
Path
Turning Lives upside down
If only tears
Could put out
The fires.
