If Medusa Was a Modern-Day Woman
*Side note- I know that in the myth Perseus killed Medusa but I wanted to turn that around and have Medusa turn him to stone*
If Medusa was a modern-day woman, I imagine she would she would be a part of the MeToo movement.
She would be offended by everything, she wouldn’t tolerate catcalling but instead, make those who spouted those disrespectful words turn to stone.
Her snakes would cry out about all of the injusticesss she faces as a woman in this world.
She would open a gallery filled to the brim with all of the men who tried to subdue her.
With Perseus in the center as her most prized possession.
No man could tell her she wasn’t desecrated as the crown of ophidians on her head spoke her truthsss.
Swarms of women behind her in support of their fellow woman.
