A submission in the Tattoo This Line Challenge

On-switch, I glow from within
My government
A collection of consonants and vowels
Assigned at birth
Bring no heat to the table
Feed not one hungry soul
Twist nigh tongue-tied torment
Into triumphant tales of naught
Namesake
For goodness sake
I seek not to make the ground shake
No smoke in woke
I prefer to simmer
And I must say
There's always room for hope
Nope!
I am not a center stage type of person
I don't seek accolades
For my human condition
My spiritual walk
Weeds out heartbleeds
Gardens unmet needs
Attuned, attentive; lifeline- Arden
Not hastened but hardened
To lesser than deeds
I live
I breathe
One inhale, one exhale at a time
And the warmth I feel inside
Is unselfish
I feel
I appeal
To the shivering soul seeking solace
Identify me
Not by the person you think you see
Not by my worldly appearance
Not by the obvious
But don't be oblivious
There's a fire burning deep inside of me
A passion to rekindle humanity
And my government is irrelevant
Consonants and vowels swallowed by smolder
My earthly guise hears angels' cries
Humbly, I bow without whens, where's, or whys
Tattooed for eternity
Lightworker is my unspoken name
***
Like my cover image, I have a red ankh outlined with black on my left shoulder. "Lightworker is my unspoken name" is one I am considering as it aligns with my devotion to spirituality and Reiki practices.
Tattoos are beautiful, and I put a considerable amount of consideration into possibilities before inking my body.
Thanks for reading!
