You keep Polaroids of people who you don’t even speak to anymore
Because deep down you still hope they’ll come back to you
It might be foolish to think that
But I’ve always been a fool
I think people love the same way I do
But that’s not true
Because at the end of the day
I will always care more
Love more
And that causes me to hurt more
No matter what I’ll still hold you on the highest pedestal
I will never blame anyone for leaving me
Cause if I were you
I would leave myself too
