I wonder who my people are?

I kissed him sadly

By Kisama Riyo Published 2 years ago • 1 min read

Oh, how strange are the people who wanted to abandon me

And fabricated accusations against me and humiliated my imprisonment?

One day the bird lost its string

And he who knew my distress called

And said: O so-and-so, why did you distract myself

And satiate my heart with my muteness?

O my night, O dark one, stop for a moment

And complain, for the voice of the star whispered

So do not talk about my misery, lest I wrong my soul

And let me, like the trees of nature, hold my wedding

How strange I am from my people who kindled my despair in tragedies

And scattered me in a prison before which my sadness

And forced me to submit to my cruel sadness

So I did not complain, and it was as if they had struck me with an axe
