Do you ever close your eyes, And a nightmare arrives? Do you ever fall asleep, And feel your fears run skin-deep?

I start to fear…

I'm scared to go to sleep, I'm scared to even dream, I'm scared that I might scream, And show that I am weak.

Nightmare After nightmare After nightmare

Danger, war, Death at the core…

I can't sleep anymore, I can't dream like before. I have lost all my faith, I have too much fear of death.

Life is beautiful Whenever I'm awake, So why nothing feels usual Before from sleep I wake?

Nightmare After nightmare After nightmare

I feel delusional, Afraid because of dreams, But after so many dreams, That end in funerals. I start to fear This isn't just a dream, That all is meant to be, That everything I fear Will become real.

I start to fear This isn't just a dream.
