"I'm Not Okay."

As women we are told to stay strong, constantly. We hold a family together. We have a lot of expectations to uphold.

I have a lot to say to any woman like myself our inner demons screaming so damn loud.

No one can hold us back when want to fight back. Though we fight the wrong people, trust the wrong people.

(writers note: I am speaking to myself)

Inner thoughts screaming, I'm fighting the wrong people.

Sensitive nature is lost, because it lacks in my life. All my life I get tired of fighting.

I get tired of everything.

So I have three words to say...

I'm not okay....

It's incredibly brave and powerful and just human to say loudly you're not okay...and sometimes...it's okay to feel not okay. I hope things feel better for yoyu soon too. I too have many days like what you've expressed. I love how you formated this!
