I lost it…

I lost everything…

Hope,

Lightness,

Support,

Reputation,

Potential…

after the loss that I caused,

I could not stop crying-

I feel like I have been drowning ..

with my own tears.

I could not eat much-

I felt that my stomach refuse any meals…

I couldn’t sleep well-

my energy was went on and off…

I just want it to sleep in more…

My brain was broken in years that nobody believes it-

they mostly say “get over it” and “move on”.

I went silent more-

I stay quiet as much as possible.

The trauma still around me..

The grief still growing…

I was afraid-

guilty-

ashamed-

isolated-

I ended up to be alone.

I have decided to let my own spirit die

I lost everything..
