I listen to the voices in my closet
They know all my fears
I listen to the voices underneath my bed
They know all my desires
I listen to the voices out my window
They know all my wishes
I listen to the voices that surround me
They know all my scars I’ve hidden
I listen to the voices that hide away from me
They know all my tears that have fallen from my eyes
I listen to the voices that leave my own lips
They know all the hearts that I’ve broken
I listen to the voices that taunt me
They know all of whom have broken me
I listen to the voices that are silent
They know all of me.
