I deserve to be seen and heard…

I wanting it so bad!

After two to three decades…

I just couldn’t take it!

I have been left out for so long since childhood.

I couldn’t tell how long I’ve been silenced

My voice were too weak to speak up

I feared about the judgement and shame I’ve been carried with…

I want to speak but I couldn’t ..

I would get judged and mislabeled that I speak different language..

or I would be seen as inhuman…

I just want to be seen and heard …

Everything hurts!

I am tired of being dismissed, left out, and ignored!

Am I really an outcast ? An alien?

When did it go wrong?

What do I do?

I wanted to speak up, but I get ignored…

I deserve to be seen and heard …

I deserve it better!

I deserve to have support, appreciation, and worthy just like everyone else…

Please!

I’m tired to be treated like this…

No more judgement and shaming me or my vulnerability…

Give me a chance..

Just as possible…
