I'd Rather Be Rare than a Mass Commodity

It is hard to live a life that possibly no one else understands. But I would rather reach for those rare pieces of the dark side of the moon, than be satisfied with the familiar.

The moon encompasses such an aura that in and of itself the absolute captivation of those searching for more than just the surface are drawn to its dark side. The moon is something that can only shine when it reflects light. It is always present, but rarely seen. And for all of its mystifying energy it still brings comfort to those that choose to swim deep.

Mystifying and odd pulls and draws to the other oddities, rarities in life.

Rare...

Chosen...

Different...

Weird...

Rarities fold together to create an otherworldly mosaic that draws people.

Rarities culminate into something that creates a cosmos of its own that scares people.

Rarities pull.

Rarities push.

Rarities stretch.

Rarities question.

Rarities intimidate.

Rarities only hold power of the unknown that can speak to itself alone.

Captivating...

Beautiful...

Intimidating...

Emasculating...

Inspiring...

Crushing...

Truly being a rarity, and not a commodity, brings on the double-edge sword of being a blessing and a Pandora's box of monstrosities that will devour ones that refuse to swim deep. The aura will in a flood of confusion and energy, destroy unintentionally.

Harm is never meant. Only those that swim deep want to share the deep because to them the truth and knowledge of the deep is awe-inspiring. They rush to pour the cleansing waters over others heads not realizing baptism was never theirs to give.

The fire of understanding is a weighty gift.

The fire of knowledge can either free or enslave.

The fire of passion can cleanse or kill.

As for me?

Am I odd?

Am I mystifying?

Am I weird?

I emphatically scream to my infinity...YES!!!

I passionately run for the edge and whether I am followed or not, I am jumping because in the end the net appears for those willing to risk faith.

The world sees insanity. I see rare.

I would rather have wings and fly feeling...

Odd?

Yes because being an everyday commodity does not allow you to live life in color.

Yes because being in a box lists a price on your soul that humanity dictates.

Yes because being the mundane reflective known is so boring compared to the mystifying unknown.

No one comes searching for the known.

No one craves and wants to drink from the usual.

No one searches for that which is already found.

I crave to be the rarity.

I desire to be the unknown.

I passionately chase the mist because only when you step a bit further from comfort will you find the gem of truth that the easy road never yields.

Someone only needs to leap and allow the dark, deep waters and the mist to soothe with philosophical depths of parables. Cleansing truths to your soul are what it truly craves; wisdom beyond understanding.

Reach within and feel your soul's cry for that which is unknown to heal the broken that the known world has shunned.
