I broke the sky

I was unable to lie

But thought I would try

It made some people cry

Others thought I was sly

I wanted to see it fly

Because I thought the end was nigh

So I picked up a rock

Tossed it further than a clock

Didn't know if it would move a lot

Everyone thought it was a plot

Anyway I threw away

How far no one could say

It was a nice sunny day

But I had no one to obey

I just wanted to play

I really thought everything would be okay

Only as I threw everything was blue

My rock flew

Then I knew

There would be more than a few

Everything fell down on the crew

Then I knew it was more than a stroke

Or just a bit of a poke

I just broke the sky
