I became free as time

Time has been wicked to me in its wisdom.

By Kisama Riyo Published 2 years ago • 1 min read

I am single looking for love

I am a tourist looking for a way

I am a soul singing outside the flock

I am not what I wanted

But fate willed what I did not ask for

So doubt came to me with its weight and I did not deny it

As if it stole my memories

So I remember how I rejected customs

And how I expressed myself willingly with words

When they pushed me to my fate

So I began to drag the tails of my discontent

When I bore the consequences of my secrets

Time was unjust to me with its judgment

Like a mirage my dreams melted in it

When the situation cried over my position with its silence

I was exhausted in thought like a drowning man

And here I am, free and unfettered

Enjoying an enthusiasm that shines like lightning

To make up for what I lost

To become what I longed for

To make my life before my eyes

At the door of luck I will sneak

And I still breathe hope

Because I have not yet reached the connection

To live freely like a bird

To accompany the breezes Dawn

And to hold on to the threads of goodness
