I Am

What am I, today in January 2025?

By Shanon Angermeyer NormanPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

I am the smoke you see when a fire is burning.

I am the light in your mind when you're actually learning.

I am the water of the mist in the fog or the dew.

I am the question in the mirror between me and you.

I am the sanctuary of sacred and the depths of evil.

I am the essence of animal and the madness of people.

I am the shadow movements that make you think twice.

I am the good, the bad, the mean, and the nice.

I am what you say I am, but for only a brief view.

I am the forgotten old and the unknown new.
