I am today-18/08
What a difference a day makes,
Another day, another time frame.
The sun does wipe our worries away and makes us feel part of something bigger, brighter.
Yesterday’s mist has cleared, and my brain is ready again,
To take me places and tell me words,
I never knew and will not meet.
But will include in the stories, I am telling myself today.
Nothing has changed.
We still are the same, identical as yesterday but today it seems,
I am part of something larger that my human boundaries.
Today I am other.
Smiling at the sun and seeing people down below, wandering through their lives.
And not yesterday's lonely island in the stormy sea.
