The hunter or hunted
Perfectly camouflaged
Creating, constructing
Using both weakness and flaws
Innocently shrouded
To keep the target off guard
Hiding in the shadows
Running under the stars
Harnessed emotions
No time left for luck
It’s extremely important
That you never get caught
Always one step ahead
Reading every sign
Gunpowder and lead
Armed with bullets and knives
Adrenaline pumping
Heart pounding out of your chest
Every nerve jumping
So, you take a deep breath
Locate your intention
Lock the prey in your sight
Your training an extension
Readied you for the fight
Squaring your shoulders
Taking your shot
With everything under control
You watch it successfully drop
