it goes deep

this hunger is one of the deepest I have known

the loneliness a constant reminder of what could be

digging deep into my self worth

trying to find a space to bury the blame

but I must be kind to myself, it is not mine to carry

i am kind and genuine and enticing

someone’s failed value of my presence is not my own failure

Just a hedge witch living in the suburbs with her children, cats, and plants. Dreaming of a house in the woods.....
