First, do not rush it.

Do not name it too fast.

A feeling is shy at the start.

If you grab it, it will run.

It down somewhere quiet.

A bed. A floor. A step outside.

Put your feet on the ground.

Let your hands rest open.

Nothing needs to be fixed yet.

Breath in like you are smelling rain.

Breathe out like you are fogging glass.

Slow is better than strong.

Soft is better than brave

If the feelings is heavy,

do not ask why.

Why can wait.

Right now, just notice where it lives.

In your chest.

Behind your eyes.

In your back like a weight.

Tell yourself this:

"I am allowed to feel this."

Say it again if it sounds fake.

Say it until your body believes you

If the feeling hurts,

do not push it away.

Pain pushed down grows teeth.

Pain seen cleary grows tired.

Drink some water.

Feel it move through you.

Small things matter more than speeches.

When the feeling softens, even a little,

thank yourself for staying.

You did not disappear.

You did not turn to stone.

When you are ready, stand up slowly.

Take the feeling with you,

but carry it like a bowl,

not like a weapon.

That is how you survive it.
