Spit fire, leave the pavement sizzling

Drip lava, watch the haters shriveling

Temperature rising, no AC surviving

I’m the reason summer nights stay wilding

Red lights flash when I step on the scene

Thermometer crack, know what that means

Ice in my chain, still it’s melting away

Every step I take, leave the concrete in flames

They say cool it down, I tell them turn it up

I don’t chase the heat, the heat chases us

Sweat on my brow, but it’s diamonds instead

Every move I make got the forecast read

Hotter than Paris, I have the city on toast

I don’t need a jacket, I’m the one bringing the most

Temperature breaking, no cap, no boast

I’m the reason the summer don’t ever get cold
