Hope

Where night time thoughts disturb

By ♿ V+ Marie381Uk Published 2 years ago • 1 min read

In my head hidden away so deep

There where shadows creep,

Where heavy thoughts make me weep.

There’s no escape; what can I do

As my heart hurts, searching for you?

Dreams that danced are now silent and dim,

Hope is dying; it is growing thin.

Yet on this night, a spark could still rise,

A glimmer found in my tear-streaked eyes.

In tangled thoughts, I will look for peace,

Repairing myself again. Pain will soon cease.

Even in this darkest hour of tears I now cry,

There is hope that we won’t ever say goodbye.
