Hope in Jesus Amen

When heavy skies refuse to break

And every road begins to shake

You whisper prayers through trembling nights

Still searching for a spark of light

The world can wound with sharpened words

Leaving silence where joy once stirred

Yet grace still walks through every fear

A quiet voice reminding He is near

Jesus stands where sorrow grows

Holding hearts the whole world chose

To leave behind in waves of pain

Still His love falls soft as rain

No storm can steal what faith can build

No empty ache remains unfilled

He carries burdens souls conceal

Touching wounds the eye can’t heal

Through every trial His hands remain

Steady through the deepest strain

Lifting spirits worn and weak

Giving strength the lost ones seek

The broken find a place to rest

Safe within His endless chest

Mercy rises with the dawn

Showing hearts they can go on

Hope in Jesus still survives

Breathing life where darkness hides

Turning tears to something new

Covering pain with love so true

So hold His name when nights grow long

He turns shattered hearts to strong

And even when the world feels cold

His light will never lose its gold
