Definitions of Existence

A home has many layers, helps make things clearer, and is just a small part of what we can see, there's a lot that goes over our heads, and not just a roof

Existence is everywhere

It’s in your eye, your ears, your mind, the feeling you might feel inside

It can be discovered floating through the air

It can even be sensed by things that hide

So where does the bear exist?

The cave, the stars, the books, and mountains

It’s not just one place, as nature would insist

In fact, existence spreads like water in fountains

Then what of the Whale, the Bee, the Boar?

Well, it just so happens to be that it’s not like before.

Things change, things mold, things reestablish.

Existence changes, expands, to be established

Establishment happens in many places

In many hearts, in many faces

Perception is where that establishment is found

But truth be told these things compound

The joining of ideas, places, and people

It makes a world discussed under steeples

Not only is this the truth and fact

It’s to be seen in every artifact

An environment where things rely

Rely on things in great supply

For identity is seen in this

A piece of you that may bring bliss

Not just for you but things you imagine

Things you connect to avoid mental famine

These places not only physical

These places that are especially critical

For one belongs in any place

And hopefully with warm embrace
