(Noun) - The Place Where One Lives Permanently, Especially as a Member of a Family or Household

By Layla NoraPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

This darkness that's inside of me.

It's crawling into the deep.

Making me want to go home.

Try and try as I might;

I can't seem to win the fight.

Why don't you leave me alone?

Words they fall like paper dolls crawling out of my chest;

And that hatred that's inside of you won't make me lose any rest.

One day you'll live happily far far away from me.

One day I'll live happily when you are nowhere near me.

God, I want to go home.
