Sell it all, get out of town

Run away, who would care
Change your name and disappear

Wash your hands, don’t look back
You can’t pretend away feelings like that

Another day, another town
Where no one you know, is around

Be unknown, unkept,untouchable
Where whatever you choose is more than possible

Not wearing someone else’s pressures or expectations
Becoming someone worthy of celebrating

This day, I love me, tomorrow, hate me has to change
I can’t take another day collecting rage

Self loathing questioning everything about me
Let it go, walk away and find I’m finally free
*
Just not today, I got myself tied up again
Not able to, complete the things that I have planned
*
One day I will, the strength inside will find a way
I’m holding on to hope, this me I hide will find escape
