One moment we're flying high, free as a bird
The next we're crashing down, unable to be heard
You bring us joy and happiness, laughter and love
But also sorrow and pain, tears we can't shove
You're a mystery we can't fully comprehend
A journey with a beginning, but no certain end
Hey life, you challenge us to grow and learn
To embrace the good and bad, and all we can earn
You teach us to be resilient, to bounce back up
To build up inner strength and perseverance
You're a canvas we paint with our experiences
A story we write with our choices and chances
Hey life, you may be unpredictable and tough
But we wouldn't trade you for anything, that's enough.
