Heterochromia Iridis

Something colorful about me

By Kimberly CollierPublished 3 years ago 1 min read
An example of Heterochromia Iridis

I am a little different

I am unique

I am six out of a thousand

Thats not so bleek

Sometimes you miss it

If you don't stare

But people rarely miss it

If there is a glare

I used to hate it

But not anymore

I have embraced my oddity

Which now I adore

I have a blue

I have a partial green

I was born with it

That was unforeseen

I get questions

Some are strange

Like, does it hurt

Which creates an exchange

I've had this a half century

I hope to have it more.

Carry it into my old age

Until I am no more.

So, I love that I am different

Some people think I am 'fly'

That makes me fell special

I have two different colored eyes

fact or fiction
