Hemolytic Reaction

when you are not accepted by blood where do you turn?

By Savannah K. WilsonPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read
Hemolytic transfusion reaction: Red blood cell incompatibility (when blood rejects blood)

Empty

There’s nothing left now

I am alone

Blood means nothing

'Don’t ask a question you might not like the answer to'

That is what they say

But what of the answer you don’t see coming?

An attack on everything you are and am?

Blame firmly fixed on me

Okay, fine

Sorry that’s how you see it

It’s not what happened

But I’ll be the villain you need

The one you no longer speak of

Look at how much I’ve already taken

I guess I can take this too

...

So, treat me like the gone already

I am no more

Maybe I never was

...

Blood …

Family …

Love ...

What a joke

...

You win

I’m going
