Hello October!
The leaves are starting to change colors and the weather is teasing us with cool mornings and warm afternoons.
October brings a hint of things slowing down but lingering in the background is the sense of urgency for the rest of the year and the holidays and busyness to come.
In October we miss summer days and relaxing near the water there is the wish of wanting to go back and enjoy just one more summer day.
Fall decorations have started popping up mixed in with Halloween jack-o'-lanterns, cobwebs, and witches.
The coziness of October fills you up with comfort.
And once again I am reminded by the words from L.M. Montgomery:
"I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers." - Anne of Green Gables
