Heed The Waring Wind

Invincible Sensation

By Katherine H KatePublished 4 years ago • 1 min read

The wind surrounds

I heard its’ scream

A sweeping rhythm

within a dream

Frequencies entangled

expressive disdain

Unfurling its’ wings

upon those who remain

Suppression is futile

as the roar now surrounds

Each crack and each crevice

soon will be found

Seek out your shelter

till the danger has passed

When that powerful roar

whispers its last

And the chorus has spoken

without uttering a word

The message was clear

the voices were heard

Penetrable and poignant

the proud Master sings

For those that will listen

the strength that it brings

When that warm breeze blows

and touches your face

To again feel alive

in that moment of grace

surreal poetry
