Halloween in miniature

Mini poem collection of Halloween poems

Trick or treat, which do you pick?

Asks the witch from her broomstick

I will take a treat that is oh so sweet

Something to eat beneath this sheet

****************************************

As October dwindles, Halloween is near.

It's time for the spookiest night of the year

Jack-o'-lanterns on porches lighting the way

Efforts spent on creative costumes on display

Knocking for treats and running from tricks

October 31st is the night, fun and creepy mix

*******************************************

When the leaves turn red, orange, and gold

When the sun sinks sooner, leaving you cold,

That, my dear, should make everything clear

That means Halloween night is almost here

*************************************************

Vampires polish your fangs, and werewolves cut your bangs

Mummies escape from your tombs, and witches take to your brooms

Ghosts you no longer need to hide, and zombies come outside

Halloween night is finally here, and it’s time to face all of your fears
