Half Human, Half Hurricane

She is half human, half hurricane.

By Jasmine AcostaPublished 8 years ago 1 min read

She is half human, half hurricane.

He said, “I can’t keep up, Mary Jane”.

She ends one day kissing and loving,

And the next day pushing and shoving,

Screaming the lord's name in vain.

Why is she psychotic?

When will she be exotic?

“I love her to death”, he says… but

She is half human, half hurricane.

More the reason to stay with her.

Our days will become a blur.

Her smile puts the city lights in shame.

When will there be a day he won’t get the blame?

He copes and lays with their blanket of fur, for

She is half human, half hurricane.
